communities —and the issues we should fight for—
under Obama.
Speakers:
James Early, who serves on the TransAfrica Forum Board of Directors
on the Telesur Board of Advisors, and as the Director of Cultural Heritage
Policy at the Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage at the Smithsonian
Institution, Washington, DC.
Karen Juanita Carrillo, who is a Brooklyn, New York-based
journalist that specializes in covering African American and Afro-Latino
issues, she is co-founder of the website Afropresencia.com.
Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Each entry ticket is
automatically entered in our end of evening raffle!
